In 2014, he founded the hedge fund Regional Asset Management, and operates as principle of this firm. Regional Asset Management is a hyper-focused opportunity fund specializing in the acquisition of non-performing small balance commercial, residential loans and REO’s located in the New York, New Jersey, South Carolina and Florida Markets. The company aggressively buys Non-Performing Loans (NPL/NPN) and Real Estate Owned (REO/OREO).
Kris’ brokerage achievements coupled with his local development and investment experience make him the ultimate resource for his clients. Over the years, he has personally acquired a multifamily portfolio in the Southeast consisting of over 200 rental units; and he’s purchased and sold numerous investment properties ranging from NNN, multifamily, industrial and retail properties. Kris resides in sought-after Nassau Point on the Creekside of Fisherman’s Beach.
